Welcome to our Biscayne multifamily triplex with three legal basement suites! Our Biscayne floorplan consists of 5 regular units with one fully accessible suite to fit whatever current or future needs you might need. This floor plan is designed for corner lots and boast’s many wonderful features for all who reside. For our accessible suite, the owner of this unit will not only get all of our standard accessible features like roll under cooktops, vanities & sinks, wider hallway/rooms, roll in showers & outdoor spaces for service animals but you will also find an oversized heated garage space to accommodate all accessible vehicle features such as ramps and lifts. This garage space being a detached garage also comes with a heated sidewalk from your garage leading up to your own personal elevator that will ensure the colder months with lots of snow, frost and ice will never cross your mind or cause you a problem! BISCAYNE FEATURES
Our Biscayne model is a six-unit multifamily complex featuring one fully accessible legal suite and a detached rear garage. The main floor units are two-bedroom, two-bath floor plans spread over two levels. The accessible unit will be larger than the other main floor units to allow for improved accessibility, with square footage coming in just under 1,350 sq. ft. The remaining main floor suites measure just under 1,050 sq. ft. Another wonderful feature about the Biscayne is the ability to make this project either the traditional triplex with six total units or upgrade to the fourplex with eight total units!
The legal suite basements each consist of one bedroom and one bathroom with a separate private entrance. These basement suites average 450 sq. ft. and are intentionally designed to maximize usable space and create a more open feel. We have increased the standard ceiling height from 8 feet to 9 feet to enhance light flow throughout the suite. All standard amenities are included, along with stackable washer and dryer spaces.
